After 21, nearly 22, years on earth I know what poop looks like when it comes out.

Its far to fast and to solid for it to be that fast.

I don't doubt theres people out there who can sit there and play with shit in there mouth, I just think its far easier to fake it by making a mixture, shoving it up a girls ass, then having her push it out.

Thats what I'd do if I was directing such a scene.
