Well the way things are coded I could release this as it is, and it'd work on your server in about 2 minutes, but I want my todo list done before I consider that

Sorry to say this, but azz0r has a way to go before doing that... the whole forum should be re-coded because azz0r started it when he was just starting out.

VBulletin isn't really a great forum, its just overused. I use OpenBB.com or MercuryBoard.com because they are smaller nicer and easy to customize.

I know, I wouldnt recode this forum because the codes solid, if anything needs recoding its the functions.
I wouldnt really mass-release this, it'd be a quiet thing If I did and the way its coded It'd be easy for people to recode entire sections and simply place them in the right directory.
index.php - the template for everythin, include where content goes (php_index)
php_index.php is pretty much if(section == "thread"
{include("pages/forumz/thread/index.php";} so it'd be easy for people to edit thread.php and plop it in that dir
