I'll be going on Tuesday to more reasons no doubt and get it. Although not sure when I'll be able to play it.
Heard some ASDA near Sheffield has sold the game don't know if others are. Also an independant shop has been selling it so might be a chance of an early release tomorrow.

Just pre-ordered at Asda. The woman said there are going to be ques tonight as she flipped through pages of pre-orders for it!

To be fair, it doesnt seem as rough as people make out.
People in Sheffield call it Toytown cause it is so small, and it is a shithole, I've been once wasn't an enjoyable visit. Even people that live in Rotherham hate it, except the Chuckle Brothers they love it.
I'm sure i heard an american accent when i tried online, though of course there are americans in britain, but still..
Also the game is much fun, i've mostly just played through the missions, I find them quite enjoyable, i don't have enough friends to play online =p azz0r and co, what's your xbox live names?

The difficults get really difficult very quickly.
No Love Lost drove me to madness. The one after that is rough to, gotta take out a warehouse with 15 guys in, then the place is surrounded by police...rock solid and so frustrating because you had to driveeeeeeeeeeee all the way back....spend 15 minutes taking out the guys and they all stick behind cover making it twice as difficult.

Mannys first mission is a ridiculous piss take.
Have to follow the drug dealer for 10 minutes slow as hell, then you have to take about 10 people out on your own...and then randomly charge at the worst time.
So infuriating.

I had a blast with that mission. It was incredibly easy for me.

Ah yeah that mission, it was quite hard. I was surprised i completed it first time. Once the police surrounded the place i though i was fucked, but just made a run for it to the nearest car and it took me like 5 or more minutes to shake off the police! As the nearest car was a peice of shit. Good fun! 8]

and to free aim gently pull the shoot trigger, and pull it all the way in to actually fire
You mean so autolock on doesnt kick in?
The thing is, alot of missions seem easy once you've passed them, the biker one is essentially tail him (easy when you've seen the route) and then find a tree or the bridge to cover behind and pick them off.
The problem with the manny mission is that you have to endure a boring 5 minute tail sequence thats no fun and then if you fluff it and get shot indoors, you have to go alll the way back to him, endure the 5 minutes again...llalalal GTASA solved this, and I have no idea why they chose not todo it again but having mid way points so you don't have to keep doing the same boring bits if you fluff it.
One thing I don't understand: Why no main screen? All it has to be is single player or multiplayer, I hate the fact I have to load up single player THEN go into multiplayer.
Is it just me, or are text messages hard to read? Dark green screen and black text? I have to keep leaning forward to read it.

They wanted to integrate multiplayer and stuff seamlessly.

Yeah, infact i just found out you can also pull the auto aim trigger gently and it will free aim too.
You can change th brightness and stuff on the options which is handy
