My new laptop arrived today, so Ive been reinstalling and switching stuff over.
My new laptop is virtually silent, my old one was a freaking wind tunnel.
Acer Aspire 5684, Core duo 1.83ghz, 2gb ram, 160GB HDD, slot loading DVD writer, bluetooth, built in camera.
Love it.

I've decided to embrace the sidebar and have it set to always on top, I think I could get used to it.
Russy, there is a hack to enable it. Give it a google, no performance hit either with it on or off.

I don't have media centre, I haven't got the best verison but can hardly complain when it is free.
I can't seem to watch youtube videos it says "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player. " I have new flash player and javascript on

Maxthon. Fixed it, by downloading off the adobe website it wasn't doing a full download or something only partial. Had to download something off another site that fixed it. Think it is a youtube problem.
