Need abit of help, stole my dads graphics card, got it all hooked up to my TV with extended desktop, works fine, can drag my stuff off and on my monitors, i just have abit of a problem.
i wanna play pro evolution soccer full screen on my TV, but i can only seem to do that if i make my tv my primary monitor, which i dont want to do beacuse everything opens on my TV then (programs, windows etc)
If i drag a windowed pro evo to the tv then make it full screen it just full screens on my monitor.
is there a program that over rides that crap so i can full screen it on my TV w/o making it my primary monitor?

Dont run it in full screen, right click the topbar on the window and click "send to other monitor".

Depends if it uses OpenGL or DirectX.
But generally games only detect your primary monitor. It's only a problem if you make it a problem. Just set your TV to be your primary monitor, drag your taskbar back onto the other monitor and you don't even notice the difference.

You need to run it full screen else it looks toss, it looks super slick in full screen
The thing is i dont want my TV on all the time, i dont pay the electric bill and i imagine this TV will eat it up, so i dont actaully want to use my TV as a monitor

You make it run windowed, move it to the other desktop, then make it full screen again.l
Doesn't work with games, because the API chooses the default monitor unless you specify a monitor in your code, or allow the user to change it.
You're thinking of a normal window, that will maximise to fill the screen of whichever screen it's displaying the biggest proportion on.

Yeah it just full screens in my monitor, which is half the size of my TV... i want TV pro evo dammit!
Atleast iv managed to get my videos to auto play full screen on my tv when i hit play on my monior which is a nice touch.
I know my problem now, as its a direct X game, direct x games will only open in full screen in the primary monitor, so i need to find a way around that without having to keep switching my tv to primary every time i want to play a game
