Seeing as Im remaking wuggawoo, its a good time to stray from the usual purple/blue colour I've been using.

Colour suggestions/Hex codes wanted.

...or wouldn't it be wugg without its weird purple colour...hmmm

Can't say I'm a fan of candy glass, positioning would be difficult with the bg to, couldnt be the flagship default them tbh.

Problems;

Candy Glass (White theme), is to bright for most peoples taste and generally a welcoming web design is not white, orange and pastel colours.
Dark Brush (Grey theme), is to dark and uses a poor quality repeating image, again not suitable for a default theme
Standard (classic wuggawoo colours) Difficult to get read white text on a semi-light purple/blue colour, black stands out to much and in-between doesn't look right.

For now I shall stick with the default colours until I see a site with colours I'd like to imitate, suggestions welcome though.

I'd say blue, maybe something like 0055AA, prob a bit darker. Not all the colour mind, have that as the headings stuff, then grey backround and white as well.

First off; that dotted bg is an eyesore. Next up Scotts used harsh reds to much.

Think of it like this; would you paint a room in that colour red?

I'd probably paint a room a nice relaxing blue.

I like the look of AddonDB, as well.

How annoying, scott didn't set a bg colour incase the bg-image didnt load, therefore if you block the horrible eye piercing dotted bg you see shocking white.

Hmm!

Ive changed the colour scheme quite abit, I've taken your advice almost sticky, but I didn't base it off modDB, I based it off this.

Developments going well.
