25/1 - User permissions implimented
25/1 - Status class no longer interacts with the User database
25/1 - Javascript now checks that the textarea exists before getting a quote (user permission related)

Index page revamped abit (due to work today), fixed some cache issues (again based on he work codebase).
The work codebase has a completely different url system now (thread-name/t565/p1 instead of thread-name-thread565/page1.html) so I cant use the templates anymore.
Also, heres a gander at the work forum, the css is abit screwed up atm, my boss wants phpBB forum looks (crumb-bar seperate to the layout). http://dev.myvouchercodes.co.uk/for...scussion/f26/p1
