VALVe did NOT come up with the idea. It's been around since an early Quake mod. Some guys made the best game so far using that style of technology, and VALVe bought it, and looks to have made it even better. All the better for them, and us.

Nabarcular Drop isn't a quake mod.

It really shows the intellegence of a lot of people here really.

Blurting out crap from their behinds and not even checking what they thought was words when it was infact what USUALLY comes out from there.

The portals in the small mod called Excite arn't really impressive anyway.

So far, we know it can only do people one way. It probably doesn't do physics objects and as he repositions the portals in such a way to go though a blue one (which is the only portal used) we must assume it is only one way.

Not to mention it is jumpy, as we can see, when that person does go though the one way portal.

I think Valve = Teh Win. :P
