Added agreement form to signup and recoded the structure of the first part.
Added custom titles and options for admin to disable (also standard titles)
Added mark read and unread to private messaging, combined all into one sort file

Safing the users post is almost perfect.
If $CID + CID results = 0 then error message
Passwords are stored as 32bit MD5 strings, your passwords are completely safe and I cant even see them now.
Posts are trimmed before being counted, so no more extra spacing.
Updated FAQ to include numeric ranks and online arrows.
Empty categories arent displayed anymore, added variable to hide forums, included this in empty cat.
Re-wrote password reminder to reset password, also added ability to change password on edit account panel.
Can view staff discussion threads on active topics and new posts.
Staff can no longer post threads in locked forums.
Changed the layout of the new thread button.
Default rows for text areas for edit, add and new_thread. Also center celled the smilies, code and reply button.
