Interesting read, and very interesting to see how the two companies operate.
Especially interesting (I thought), was Google's free meals to sneakily try to get people to work earlier. I don't think I'd have any major problems working for either of them, they both sound like cool companies.
A guy that used to work here has gone to work for MS as a tester, and he's already been asked to move to the USA, and he gets a Range Rover Sport as a company car.
Apparently, you get paid a lump sum every time you get another certificate, like an MCSE. It's a four figure amount, too.
