Admins also have the power to change the stats of any other user, including other admins. I think another userlevel is needed, personally, so one person can have absolute power and can't be touched by anyone else, including admins.
I'm not sure how this has been done. If it's a code exploit, then Aaron needs to go over his PHP and make sure it's sound.

I made it if user id == 1 don't display ban button/edit etc..
I don't think Aaron would do something like this.
No offense, but doing things like this are bad practise. It's hard to update, edit, change and debug. Plus, if you ever wanted to add another admin, it would mean a hell of a lot of changes. Changes that would probably need to be changed again at some point.
No, Aaron's far too good to do something like that. Besides, I've seen the admin screens, each admin has the power to change other users stuff, including level.
i done along the lines of if status == 1 don't display buttons
1 being admin
status being 1 for admin 2 for moderator
ofcourse I allow ME to edit.. actually i can't fully remember how I done it :d

How would this admin demote the other one?
I don't know, it's not my forum.
But surely another admin will have the same powers that you have, so you are equals. Whatever you can do to him (demote him...etc), surely he can do to you?
I could change it in like 20 seconds but I might need to edit my account for whatever reason sometime so theres no need.
Say cromp got in as another level 4, he wouldnt know the admin password so he couldnt do any damage.
